Heather Marr recommends her favorite protein powders, dumbbells and more
To make it easier for those of you on The Model Trainer Method, Heather has recommended the following products. The protein powders listed below are THE ONLY protein powders Heather allows her clients to consume since so many of the ones on the market are filled with junk (In her words: You might as well be drinking a milkshake.) Also, some of you may not belong to a gym and want to complete the workouts at home, or even have the option to some days working out from home (as I often do). We designed the workouts so that you would need minimal equipment to perform any of the moves included in the program: a utility bench, adjustable weight dumbbells and a step with risers.
