The protein powders listed below are the only protein powders Heather allows her clients to consume since so many of the ones on the market are filled with junk. (In her words: You might as well be drinking a milkshake.)
Also, some of you may not belong to a gym and want to complete the workouts at home, and some of you may want to have the option of working out from home even though you do belong to a gym. We designed the workouts so that you would need minimal equipment to perform any of the moves included in the program.
The three pieces of gear that are required are: a utility bench, adjustable weight dumbbells and a step with risers. There are different brands, models and prices, so please consider your budget and personal situation before making your purchase. For those of you interested in investing in additional equipment for your home, we have also included some other items below that Heather recommends, such as a treadmill, stretching mat, foam roller and so on.
Choose any flavor you like of these. Just make sure you stick with these brands.
